Over the last 5 weeks, you've reflected on what success looks like, how to manage your time, setting attainable goals, and the importance of self-esteem and positive thinking. In our final week, we examine intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, along with self-discipline. Motivation helps drive us toward our goals, while self-discipline and critical thinking can keep us on track.

Consider your own motivation and decision-making habits that can either drive you toward or push you away from your goals.
