Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 

 Consider the experiences you have had interviewing for different positions throughout your career.

• Describe a time when an interview went well. What did you do to help facilitate a positive experience?

• Describe a time when the interview did not go well. What would you change? What techniques would you implement?

Discuss your experiences and respond to others as you determine how communication techniques could have improved your experiences.
