Perceptions vary on environmental quality between the developing world and more industrialized countries. Please respond to the following questions with specific examples: 

What issues impact the environmental economics in the developing world and in industrialized countries? Consider the differences in economic standards, environmental decline, finding a balance between economic growth and environmental regulation, technology transfer, disparity in financial resources, the principle of responsibility for emissions, and the inequalities of global warming.
