4. Who investigated the offense?

5. Who prosecuted the offense?

6. Was the offense adjudicated? If yes, what was the result of the plea or trial?

7. What preventative steps could be taken to prevent future victimization for this offense?

On each Powerpoint slide, place the name(s) of the team members who contributed to the development of that slide.
